It is in the darkness that our most beautiful creations are born…
Let’s take advantage of the surrounding darkness to dive into our shadows, to bring them to light and reclaim those parts that we have so often repressed and hidden, even though they are part of our humanity, our wholeness, our integrity, and our authenticity…
Dancing, playing, and feeling these dark parts of our personalities has a very liberating effect and will allow us to gather ourselves, to reintegrate these parts in order to access greater freedom of Being.
Of being Ourselves.
This will open us up to more compassion for ourselves and our surroundings.
