Every Friday evening in Geneva, come dance freely and dive into the vibrant world of the 5Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance, Dance Improvisation, and Open Floor! Let yourself be carried away by the music and the collective energy to express yourself freely and reconnect with your body in a safe and welcoming space.
Each week, we vary the themes and practices according to the facilitator, and we occasionally offer sacred Cacao Ceremonies before the dance.
