Ein 5Tage Heartbeat Workshop in Griechenland
Was, wenn wir unsere Tränen fließen lassen, wenn wir zutiefst traurig sind? Aus vollem Herzen lachen, wenn wir fröhlich sind? Was hält uns zurück, unserer Wut Luft zu machen, unserer Angst vor etwas zu zeigen? Was zähmt und lähmt uns? Und wie öffnen wir dann Türen zum Herzen?
Es ist ein großartiger Prozess, die ganze Bandbreite unserer Gefühlswelt zurückzuerobern und sie in unseren Wortschatz mit aufzunehmen – sie zu spüren, auszudrücken und wieder gehen lassen zu können. Wenn sich Angst, Wut, Trauer, Freude und Mitgefühl durch uns durch bewegen dürfen, wie ungezähmt und direkt können wir dann in Verbindung gehen? Welch herzvolle Geschenke können wir dann in die Welt geben?
Auf dem Heartbeat-Level erforschen wir unsere Gefühle als Energie, als Kraft, als Teil des Menschseins. Alte Gefühle, die in unseren Gliedern gehalten oder in unserer Brust eingesperrt waren, beginnen sich zu lösen. Wir fühlen uns wohl mit ihnen, halten weder an ihnen fest, noch stoßen wir sie weg.
Die Unterrichtssprache ist Englisch, kann aber auch ins Deutsche oder Spanische übersetzt werden.

What if we let our tears flow when we are sad? What if we laugh from the bottom of our hearts when we are happy? What holds us back from venting our anger, without blaming? What if we are able to show our fear of something? What tames and paralyzes us? And how do we open doors to our hearts?
It is a fascinating process to reclaim the whole range of our emotional world and include it in our body’s vocabulary – to feel it, express it and let it go again. When fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion are allowed to move through us, how untamed and direct might we be able to connect? What heartfelt gifts could we then give to the world?
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.

Das Ungezähmte Herz findet im Osho Afroz Meditationszentrum in Eressos auf der Insel Lesbos in Griechenland statt.
Eressos ist ein kleiner Ort an der Südwestküste von Lesbos, dem Geburtsort der antiken griechischen Dichterin Sappho. Es ist ein abgelegener Strandort, der alternativen Tourismus und Suchende nach Selbstfindung, Integration, Entspannung und Einfachheit aus der ganzen Welt willkommen heißt.
Osho Afroz liegt in einem ruhigen Tal, umgeben von vulkanischen Bergen, niedrigen Hügeln und Olivenbäumen. Es ist 3 km vom Strand und von Skala Eressos entfernt, wo sich die Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, kleinen Hotels und Geschäfte befinden. Da es Frühling ist, steht alles Blüte und es ist noch Nebensaison, was bedeutet, dass das Center für Besucher geschlossen ist und nur für uns geöffnet wird, und wir die lebendige und farbenfrohe Natur dort genießen können. Der Workshop ist nicht residential, d.h es dürfen selbst Unterkünfte gebucht werden.

The Untamed Heart is happening in Osho Afroz Meditation Center, Eressos, Lesvos Island, Greece.
Eressos is a small town located in the south west coasts of Lesvos, birthplace of the ancient Greek poetess Sappho. It is a remote beach town that welcomes alternative tourism and seekers of self discovery, inclusion, relaxation and simplicity from all over the world.
Osho Afroz is located in a quiet valley, surrounded by volcanic mountains, low hills and olive trees. It is 3 km away from the beach and Skala Eressos, where the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, small hotels and shops are. Since it is spring, everything is blooming and it is still off-season, which means the venue is closed for visitors and open only for us to enjoy the vibrant and colourful nature.
